1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The order was not delivered

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refund Request Timeline

Customers must request a refund within 3–7 business days after receiving the item.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number
  2. Provide photos/videos where necessary
  3. Wait for review and approval

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pristine Patterns.
